  • Day 1: Vancouver to Kamloops

    Your adventure begins at Canada Place in Vancouver, where you'll meet your guide and fellow travellers before setting off on this exciting journey. Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth start. As you head into the mountains, your guide will share fascinating facts about the areas you pass through, making the drive both educational and entertaining. Along the way, enjoy stunning views, including the scenic Coquihalla Highway and the unique landscapes of Canada’s only desert in the Okanagan region.

    The journey includes a stop in Kamloops for lunch, followed by a wine tasting experience at a local winery, offering a chance to sample some of the region's finest selections. Afterward, you'll check in to your riverside accommodations in Kamloops, where the day culminates with a rich cultural experience. Guided by an Indigenous Cultural Host from the Okanagan Indian Band, you'll gather around a campfire to hear captivating stories and legends, immersing yourself in the traditions and history of the First Nations people. It's a day filled with breathtaking scenery, cultural enrichment, and unforgettable memories.

  • Day 2: Kamloops to Banff

    Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before departing Kamloops for Banff. The journey takes you through the stunning landscapes of Mount Revelstoke National Park and Glacier National Park, with their snow-capped peaks providing a breathtaking backdrop. Along the way, you'll stop at Roger’s Pass National Historic Site, a place rich in history and natural beauty.

    Continuing through the Rockies, you'll visit the world-famous Emerald Lake, its vibrant turquoise waters offering a perfect spot for photos. Later, arrive at Lake Louise, where you can take in the majestic scenery and, if the season allows, enjoy ice skating on the frozen lake. By evening, you’ll reach Banff and check into your hotel, with time to explore, shop, and dine along the vibrant Banff Avenue. It’s a day filled with iconic stops and unforgettable moments.

  • Day 3: Banff

    Celebrate Christmas Day surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Rockies! Begin your festive morning with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before setting off on a magical sleigh ride through a picturesque winter wonderland. This scenic ride is the perfect way to soak in the enchanting snowy landscapes.

    Later, embark on a guided driving tour of Banff, taking in highlights such as Bow Falls, the HooDoos, and the iconic Banff Springs Hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace or indulge in optional activities like the Banff Gondola, an ice walk, or skiing and snowboarding at the Lake Louise Ski Resort (additional cost). In the evening, come together with the group to enjoy a delightful Christmas dinner, rounding off a day filled with festive cheer and unforgettable experiences.

  • Day 4: Banff to Golden

    Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before choosing how to spend your morning. You can hit the slopes at Lake Louise Mountain Resort for skiing or snowboarding, take part in other winter activities, or simply enjoy a leisurely day exploring the charm of Banff at your own pace.

    In the afternoon, the journey continues to Golden, where you'll check into your hotel and have some free time to unwind. Explore the hotel amenities or enjoy dinner at your leisure. For a cosy evening, join your guide by the campfire for an optional marshmallow roast, where you can learn to make classic s’mores while sharing stories under the stars.

  • Day 5: Golden to Vancouver

    Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before departing Golden and starting the journey back to Vancouver. Along the way, stop at Craigellachie to visit the historic Last Spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway, a significant landmark that marks the completion of Canada’s transcontinental railway.

    As the journey continues, enjoy onboard entertainment provided by your guide, keeping the drive engaging and fun. You’ll arrive back at Canada Place in Vancouver at approximately 7:30 pm, wrapping up your memorable adventure through the Rockies.
